  1. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

We can only change your order if it has not been processed. If the order has not yet been processed, you must contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. This will minimize the delay in processing the order due to the changes being made.

The shipping notification and order confirmation can be sent to the correct email address in your order.
